In this challenging and fast paced role, the Remote Healthcare Recruiter will direct recruiting strategies, develop marketing materials, lead interviews with Healthcare professionals and interact with Hospital clients in multiple states. The Remote Healthcare Recruiter will specialize in filling employment needs in Nursing Leadership, Advanced Practice Nursing, and specialized nursing roles throughout the East Coast and nationwide. In this full cycle recruiting role, the Remote Healthcare Recruiter will have the opportunity to participate in many aspects of the job. This includes new business development, management of existing accounts, marketing & advertising, recruiting, candidate development and hands-on client consulting.

The Remote Healthcare Recruiter should have a professional home office environment with the ability to work on a remote basis long term. Employees will be working remotely.
